About Capital Finance

Capital Finance is part of the Division of Planning and Budget at UC Merced. This unit coordinates strategic and long range space planning efforts during the earliest phases of program and project development that form the campus Capital Financial Plan and its capital improvement program. Capital Finance is responsible for the coordination of funding and approval of capital projects including capital financing for externally financed projects.

FacilitiesLink is a web-based relational database and space application used by the campus for space reporting and analysis. It is an internal space portal administered by Space Management and used by campus stakeholders and space contacts to assist with the identification and understanding of space assignments, room and building information, capital projects, lease information and archives.
